This spell causes the targets who fail their save to immediately jump in to the nearest body of water large enough to swim in. While the duration of the spell runs, the target must stay in the water but is not otherwise prevented from doing any other activity.
If no such body of water is present, the spell acts as confusion but with only a 1 round duration.
